What we do

We provide estimated service charge ranges based on publicly available data and general property characteristics such as location, property size, building age and communal amenities. Our calculator gives you a starting point for understanding what leaseholders in similar situations typically pay.

Why we built this

Many leaseholders in the UK face opaque and sometimes unreasonable service charges with little visibility into what they should actually be paying. We built Service Charge Calculator to help close that information gap and empower leaseholders to ask informed questions about their charges.

Independence

Service Charge Calculator is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any UK Government department or agency. The GOV.UK-inspired design is used solely for clarity and accessibility.

We are not a managing agent, landlord, solicitor or surveyor. We do not manage properties or act on behalf of any freeholder or management company.
